Here’s an old classic with a Kiwi twist.
15ml simple syrup*
30ml grapefruit juice
60ml Curiosity Curious Dry Gin
Lemon to garnish
Lots of Ice
*Simple syrup is made one part sugar to one part water.
1tsp sugar should give you around 15ml of syrup.
How to make
Combine ice, gin, simple syrup and juice in a highball glass.
Stir and top up with soda.
Garnish with a cherry and a slice of lemon.
