All on-line purchases through our website include free delivery within New Zealand, except to Waiheke Island.
Delivery to a Waiheke Island address has a charge of $16
For international delivery, please get in touch and we’ll get back to you with pricing.
If your products are damaged or lost in transit please follow these steps:
- make a claim, or lodge a complaint with the courier company within 14 working days.
- let us know the details of that complaint so we can finalise the claim from our end (we can’t do that until we have a case number from you for the issue).
- we will replace the product free of charge.
- there will not be any additional shipping fee.
