Mulled Sloe Gin

Mulled Sloe gin with botanicals

Try this for a delicious winter warmer!


1 litre Apple Juice
100ml Lemon Juice 
1 sliced orange
4-5 whole cloves
1 cinnamon stick
1 star anise
8-10 Juniper berries

How to make

Heat all the juice & spice ingredients together until simmering then turn down the heat and leave to infuse for 30 minutes.

Now the best part…….
Put 150ml of the hot mulled juice in a heat proof glass or mug.
Add 30 ml of Curiosity Sloe Gin  (or more to taste) and garnish with orange peel & a cinnamon stick.
Winter warmth for the soul!

Makes 6 drinks. Double the recipe for extra guests!
