Virgin French Oak
Single Malt NZ Whisky

Single Malt Whisky aged 3 1/2 years in 50 and 100 litre virgin French oak barrels 100% New Zealand Single Malt Whisky. New make spirit made from 100% Canterbury grown and malted barley. Mashed, fermented and double pot still distilled and aged more than 3 years in a 50 and 100 litre virgin French oak barrels in Christchurch NZ.

Toffee and milk chocolate, oak/wood and soft floral undertones on the nose Oak, dark caramel, dark cocoa, new leather, creamy tannin, floral and anise on the palate Slightly drying, oak tannin finish

700ml, 46% Alc/vol

Port and Sherry
Double Cask

Single Malt Whisky aged 2 1/2 years in 20 litre ex Port and ex Sherry Oak barrels. Micro barrel limited release – only 40 bottles made!

100% New Zealand Single Malt Whisky. New make spirit made from Canterbury grown and malted barley, mashed, fermented, double pot still distilled and aged in Christchurch for more than 2 1/2 years in 20 litre barrels made out of staves from Australian fortified wine (Port and Sherry) barrels.

Dark Gingerbread and molasses with dark chocolate and prune on the nose Dark toffee, fruitcake, dark chocolate, mandarin, spice, black plum and raisin on the palate Long, rich, black plum and cinnamon/anise/spice finish

ex Bourbon
Micro Barrel

Single Malt Whisky aged 2 1/2 years in a 20 litre ex Bourbon Oak barrel. Micro barrel limited release – only 20 bottles made!!

100% New Zealand Single Malt Whisky. New make spirit made from 100% Canterbury grown and malted barley, mashed, fermented and double pot still distilled. Aged more than 2 years in a 20 litre barrel made from American ex-Bourbon barrel staves. A kiwi take on the classic style.

Orange marmalade on brioche on the nose
Toffee, orange, light honey, floral and vanilla on the palate Anise/clove/spice going to lingering orange citrus and floral finish
