Virgin French Oak (46%) - New Zealand Single Malt Whisky aged four and a half years in small, 50 and 100 litre, virgin French oak barrels. Toffee and milk chocolate, oak/wood and soft floral undertones on the nose. Oily, oak, dark caramel, dark cocoa, new leather, creamy tannin, floral and anise on the palate. Long, bright and fruity finish.

Iberia Double Wood (46%) - Single Malt Whisky aged in Spanish ex-Pedro Jimenez Sherry barrels and a Portuguese ex-Tawny Port barrel originating from across the Iberian Peninsula. All barrels re-coopered, toasted and charred in Portugal.Brandy soaked dark spiced fruitcake, toffee, coffee and sweet berries on the nose and palate, with a long finish of fruity Christmas pudding fading to lingering red berries and vanilla Chantilly cream.

Sloe Gin Barrel Finish (63.5%) - Single Malt Whisky aged over five years in small Virgin French and Bulgarian Oak barrels, then 12 months in our award-winning Pinot Barrel Sloe Gin barrels.
