Virgin Oak (46%) - NZ Single Malt Whisky aged over seven years in, virgin European oak barrels. Toffee and milk chocolate, oak/wood and soft floral undertones on the nose. Oily, oak, dark caramel, dark cocoa, new leather, creamy tannin, floral and anise on the palate. Long, bright and fruity finish.

Otago Pinot Barrel (42%) - NZ Single Malt Whisky aged over three years in ex Otago Pinot Noir barrels, sourced from Maude Wines in Wanaka. This reddish-amber whisky delivers aromas of ripe cherry, hot cross bun, fig, blackberry, charred oak, chocolatey malt and vanilla greet the nose. The flavour follows with cherry, black currant, raisins, vanilla, and baking spices, backed by sweet malt and soft oak tannins.

Sloe Gin Barrel Finish (63.5%) - Deeply amber in colour, the nose is full of hazel nuts, toffee, vanilla cream, and summer berries over dark caramel and malt. The taste is rich and mouth-filling with plum, toffee, and chocolate malt. The finish is long and reminiscent of nuts, berries and dark cocoa. A rare single cask, cask strength release finished in barrels that once held Curiosity Gin Pinot Barrel Sloe — winner of the title New Zealand's Best Sloe Gin multiple times over.
