Wild sloe berries were steeped slowly in premium gin before resting in seasoned Pinot Noir barrels, allowing time to soften the fruit’s natural tartness and build remarkable depth and texture. Layers of dark cherry, plum, warming spice and almond unfold over a velvety palate, finishing long, rich and beautifully balanced.
