Nose: Opens with an intriguing mix of earthy peat smoke and dark stone fruits. Ripe Black Doris plums and juicy Blackboy peaches.
Palate: The nose carries over seamlessly to the palate, a note of saline seaside air added to the peat smokiness and the flavours of dark plums and peaches complimented by white grapes and sultanas.
Finish: The earthy peat and fruit flavours slowly fade and finishes with a lingering saline note, again reminiscent of the seaside air, adding a refreshing and unexpected twist to the overall experience.
