Curiosity Gin Seasons is our new seasonal series, created to capture the changing character of New Zealand through gin. The first release, Winter 2026, is inspired by crisp Christchurch mornings, wood smoke drifting through the air, and the quiet beauty of winter.

Crafted with 16 carefully selected botanicals and built upon our lightly peated base spirit, Winter 2026 balances elegant floral aromas with bright citrus freshness and a subtle touch of smoke. Rose petals bring delicate floral notes, while blood orange and fresh lime zest add vibrant citrus lift. Black cardamom contributes depth and a refined smokiness that perfectly complements the gentle peat character of the spirit.

Wonderfully smooth served in a classic G&T with a slice of orange or grapefruit, Winter 2026 also shines in elegant seasonal cocktails where its floral, citrus and lightly smoky character can truly be appreciated. Handcrafted in Christchurch, Winter 2026 is a true small-batch release.

Just 20 bottles were produced for our distillery winter event, this is a rare opportunity to experience the very first chapter of Curiosity Gin Seasons.

Each bottle is individually hand-painted by hand, making every bottle one of a kind. As a result, the pattern and finish will vary slightly from the images shown.
