Here’s a way to add something extra special to your favourite bubbles.
25ml Curiosity Sloe Gin
150ml sparkling wine, Champagne or Prosecco, nice and cold
Pour the sloe gin into a Champagne flute or other stemmed glass.
Top up with the icy cold bubbly.
Garnish with fresh mint, lime, rosemary or orange peel.
