Delightful Curious 75 Cocktail

This is a wonderfully refreshing version of the French 75 cocktail.

30ml Curiosity Recipe #23
15ml Simple Syrup
15ml Lemon Juice
Dash Orange Bitters
Sparkling Rosé
Orange Peel to garnish

Shake gin, syrup, lemon juice & bitters together with ice in a cocktail shaker.
Strain into a chilled Champagne flute or coupe glass.
Top up with Rosé Champagne or Sparkling Rosé
Garnish with an orange twist

Elderflower G&T

Here’s a smooth G&T for the refined pallet.

50ml Curiosity Recipe #23
150ml Elderflower tonic
Fresh red apple slices

Combine the gin and tonic in a tumbler with plenty of ice.
Garnish with slices of fresh crispy apple.
Sip and enjoy!


Classic G&T

50ml Curiosity Curious Dry Gin
150ml Indian Tonic
Lemon to garnish

Mix ingredients in your favourite gin tumbler with loads of ice.
Add a squeeze of lemon and garnish with a lemon slice.
The taste of summer!

Grapefruit Tom Collins

Here’s an old classic with a Kiwi twist.

15ml simple syrup
30ml grapefruit juice
60ml Curiosity Curious Dry Gin
Soda water
Lemon to garnish

Combine gin, simple syrup and juice in a highball glass.
Stir and top up with soda.
Garnish with a cherry and slice of lemon.


Sloe Royale

Here’s a way to add something extra special to your favourite bubbles.

25ml Curiosity Sloe Gin
150ml sparkling wine, Champagne or Prosecco, nice and cold

Pour the sloe gin into a Champagne flute or wine glass.
Top up with the icy cold bubbly.
Garnish with fresh mint, lime, rosemary or orange peel.

So simple and delightfully delicious!


A fabulous twist on the classic Negroni Cocktail.

30 ml Curiosity Pinot Barrel Sloe Gin
30 ml Curiosity Recipe #23 Gin
30ml Campari

Build the drink in a Rocks or Coupe glass over the largest ice cubes you have. Stir for 30 seconds. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.

Instant Barrel Aged Negroni

Our award winning Negroni Special Gin has been barrel aged to create the perfect Negroni Cocktail. Try this fabulous sipper……

30 ml Curiosity Negroni Special
30ml Sweet Vermouth
30ml Campari
Orange Peel

Build the ingredients one by one into a short tumbler filled with large ice cubes.
Stir and garnish with an orange twist.


Recipe #23 Hot Toddy

Try this delicious gin Hot Toddy for a pick-me-up on any wintery day.

50 ml Curiosity Recipe #23 Gin
1 tbsp honey
Juice from 1 orange (or 1 pink grapefruit)
1/4 C boiling water
Cinnamon sticks and orange peel for garnish

Put all ingredients in a heat-proof glass or mug and stir until the honey is dissolved. Garnish with cinnamon sticks and orange peel. It’s as simple as that!

A cup with a handle works well here so drag out the china tea cups!

Curiosity Mulled Winter Punch

Here’s a winter classic to share. The rich earthy flavour of Recipe #23 with its strong citrus notes makes this a delightfully warm winter punch that will impress.

200 ml Curiosity Recipe #23 Gin
1 Bottle Red Wine
200 ml cloudy apple juice
90 g brown sugar
3 whole cloves
3 cinnamon sticks
1 star anise
peel & juice of 1 lemon
peel & juice of 1 orange
1 tbsp honey
3 dashes Angostura Bitters
orange and cinnamon sticks to garnish

Place all ingredients in a saucepan and simmer over a low heat for about 20 minutes.

Strain and pour into a heatproof punch bowl or teapot. Serve in heatproof cups or mugs, garnish and feel the warmth spread through the body!

GINger Tea

Hot Gin-ger Tea

Here’s a winter cuppa with a twist.

You can use lime or pink grapefruit with this recipe – both work equally well. The lime creates a slightly more tart flavour and the pink grapefruit is sweeter.

40ml Curiosity Recipe #23 Gin
2 tbsp ginger syrup*
100ml hot strongly brewed black tea
Juice of half a lime or 1/4 pink grapefruit

Combine the tea & ginger syrup in a heat proof glass or cup. Squeeze in the fresh juice, add the gin and stir.
Now that’s a cup of tea!

*Ginger syrup:
120 g fresh ginger finely sliced
150 ml water
150 ml sugar
1/2 tbsp salt
zest of half a lime or quarter of a pink grapefruit

Place all ingredients in a pan and simmer for 30 minutes with no lid. Discard the ginger and zest. Cool and store in the fridge until required.

Curiosity Mulled Sloe Gin

Try this for the perfect winter warmer!

Heat all the juice & spice ingredients together until simmering then turn down the heat and leave to infuse for 30 minutes.
1 litre Apple Juice
100ml Lemon Juice 
1 sliced orange
4-5 whole cloves
1 cinnamon stick
1 star anise
8-10 Juniper berries

Now the best part…….
Put 150ml of the hot mulled juice in a heat proof glass or mug, add 30 ml of Curiosity Sloe Gin and garnish with orange peel & a cinnamon stick.
Winter warmth for the soul!

Makes 6 drinks. Double the recipe for extra guests!
